JMP Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates jmptech.dev. This page explains what information the site may collect, why we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Contact and estimates. If you submit our contact form or pricing estimator, we receive the fields you provide (for example name, email, and project details) so we can respond.

Usage and product analytics (JMP-Dashboard). We use first-party analytics tied to JMP-Dashboard to understand traffic and feature usage. That can include page paths (including campaign parameters in the URL), device type, approximate region, and how you arrived at the site. We store an anonymous session identifier in your browser's sessionStorage for the current visit—not analytics cookies. We may record when you submit a form, tap a phone or email link, or open certain outbound links (for example maps or scheduling URLs). Contact and estimate submissions are sent to our systems through our server, not only from the browser.

Google Analytics. We may also use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure site usage in aggregate. Google may process technical data according to its own policies. You can use browser privacy controls or opt-out tools offered by Google where available.

Technical data. Like most sites, our servers and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use this information to reply to inquiries, improve the site, deliver services you ask for, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain messages and relevant project details for as long as needed to work with you and meet ordinary business and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold where applicable law applies, by emailing jmptech.io@gmail.com. We will respond in line with the request and any legal limits.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
