JMP Dashboard

JMP Dashboard is the signed-in portal for websites JMP Technologies builds and maintains. Clients see traffic, leads, and content in one place. JMP staff connect Google once for the agency. Clients never sign in to Google.

What the app does

Clients use JMP Dashboard to view first-party analytics, contact form and call activity, and to publish site content JMP hosts for them. JMP staff use the same product to connect Search Console, show Google Analytics charts, and run content workflows.

Why we request Google user data

A JMP agency administrator connects one Google account. We request only the scopes needed to run the features below. We do not request Gmail, Drive, or Google Fit.

  • Google Search Console: search performance for client domains, and adding or verifying those domains in the agency Search Console account.
  • Google Site Verification: DNS TXT tokens so a client domain can be verified.
  • Google Analytics (read-only): aggregated GA4 reports so authorized portal users can see sessions and top pages without a Google login.

Who sees Google data

Only JMP administrators complete Google's consent screen. Invited client users see aggregated reports inside JMP Dashboard. We store OAuth tokens on our servers, do not sell Google user data, and do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. Optional AI blog drafts may use Search Console queries as topic seeds for that client's site only.

Privacy and terms

The privacy policy for this Google connection is https://portal.jmptech.dev/privacy (the URL on the Google OAuth consent screen). It states what Google user data we access, how we use, store, share, and protect it, and how to request deletion. The same practices are summarized at https://jmptech.dev/privacy.
